Modern trends in global development have significantly pushed the boundaries of modern diplomacy, an area that should be effective tool for dialogue. This study is focused on humanitarian sector diplomacy. The main discussions about approaches to concept diplomacy arose against background idea “humanism 2.0,” spread practice negotiations, and creation spaces are considered. foreign Russian researchers concepts examined. Then, tools analyzed similarities differences with traditional official highlighted. It established nonstate actors play important political role hymanitarian negotiations aimed at conflicts resolution. United Nations creating a partnership non-governmental organizations (NGOs) acknowledged. Attention also paid states, diversity national models noted. motives encourage states participate studied, directions shown today acquiring polymodal, complex character. includes aid, social policy, economic assistance context paradigm sustainable development. use diplomatic and, above all, positive impact effectiveness activities armed crisis situations.
